An article on Tuesday about Iran’s ballistic missile and drone attacks on opposition bases in Iraq’s Kurdistan Region launched referred incorrectly to a school in the region. The school was only renovated by the U.N. refugee agency; it was not an agency school.

An article on Wednesday about the University of Virginia football coach Tony Elliott remembering the three players who were killed in a shooting on Sunday misstated the given name of the athletic director at University of Virginia. She is Carla Williams, not Cara Williams.

An article on Saturday about a new play, “Elián,” which explores the pain and rage that descended on Miami during the monthslong custody battle of 6-year-old Elián González misstated the number of survivors after a boat capsized while fleeing Cuba in 1999. Elián González was one of three survivors, not the lone survivor.

Errors are corrected during the press run whenever possible, so some errors noted here may not have appeared in all editions.
